Microservices is an architectural pattern, for sure. And it looks like an architectural style, thus it probably matches a definition of architecture. At least it got a separate chapter from Mark Richards.

Thanks for the proposal, but you got many articles in your blog while the main body of my book is almost finished. It lacks a couple of introductory chapters on sync/async, distributed vs colocated and forces. Do you have any overview of such topics?
